The dates for the annual FAIRPRO property fair by CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India) have now been announced for this year. FAIRPRO 2012 will be held from February 17th to February 19th, 2012 at its usual venue - the Chennai Trade Centre at Nandambakkam.
A total of 65 builders have been confirmed to participate for this event, with over 250 properties available for visitors to the fair. The budget for the properties will be in the range of Rs.15 Lakhs to Rs.10 Crores.
The goal of the event is to showcase projects with 100% transparency, as guaranteed by CREDAI.
