Reaching FAIRPRO 2011 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam

CREDAI's (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India) annual property fair FAIRPRO 2011 is also set to start tomorrow at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam.

FAIRPRO 2011 will be on for three days (March 11th, 12th and 13th) and will showcase around 250 properties from over 53 top Chennai builders. (timings)

So, how to reach FAIRPRO 2011 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam ?

Nandambakkam is on the Mount Poonamallee High Road, which connects Anna Salai (Mount Road) at Guindy Kathipara with Poonamalle.

Guindy is well connected by trains and buses from all parts of the Chennai city.

From there you can take any bus going on the Mount Poonamalle High Road, at least until Ramavaram. The frequency in this route is around 1 bus every minute.

Check with the bus conductor, before boarding the bus at Guindy, if the bus will stop at Chennai Trade Centre, because all buses do not.

Update on Timings & Entry Fee:

The timings for FAIRPRO 2011 are as given below :
Friday, 11th March, 2011 : 4 PM to 8 PM
Saturday, 12th March & Sunday 13th March : 10 AM to 8 PM

Also, an entry fee of Rs.20/visitor will be applicable.
