Home Loan Mela 2014, organized by CREDAI Chennai

CREDAI is organizing an Home Loan Mela on 14th - 16th Feb, 2014 at Vijaya Mahal in T. Nagar, Chennai. This event aims to pre-approved home loans for buyers ahead of the Fairpro 2014 event scheduled for 21st - 23rd Feb, 2014.

Documents required for Home Loans :

For salaried employees :

• 3 months pay slip
• 6 months bank statement
• Cheque for processing fee

For self-employed :

• 3 years IT returns
• 6 months bank statement
• Cheque for processing fee

Mega Home Loan Mela, organized by CREDAI Chennai

Leading up to the annual FAIRPRO 2013 event,  CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India) Chennai is organizing an home loan mela from 7 participating housing finance companies.

Having representatives from all the participating housing finance institutions under the same roof, it should be easy for customers to compare the options available, shortlist the ones which match their requirements and to finalize the loan for further processing.

Knowing about their eligibility and having an "in-principle" sanction of loan should provide clarity for the new home loan customers, as to what budget they can afford before they go in for the FAIRPRO 2013 event.
